CHECK VALVE

The Check Valve is a type of valve that allows fluids to flow in a given direction.
They protect the hydraulic installations from the backflow of fluid better known as water hammer when the flow stops.
Also essential is its importance for maintaining determined areas of the pipeline, isolating and retaining the flow.
Indicated for both low pressure and high pressure.

GATE VALVE

The Gate Valve has a specific and restricted function to release or block the flow of different types of fluids in pipelines.
The main feature of a gate valve is that its sealing surface between the “gate” and its seat is flat.
In this way, Gate Valves are indicated and designed for use in various types of installations, gate valves operate fully open or fully closed according to the precision of use.

GLOBE VALVE

The Globe Valve is a mechanical device used to isolate, control or regulate the flow of different types of fluids in pipes.
Its mechanism is formed by a movable disk and a ring fixed in a spherical body. It is an excellent valve for both low and high pressure.
The Globe Valve can be cast in iron, carbon steel, stainless steel or special alloys, and it can be used in steam, air, gas, oil, water, natural gas and several other elements.

BUTTERFLY VALVE

In industry, it is used especially for low pressure gases and liquids, as it has a low pressure drop, low cost and fast action.
Butterfly valves are preferred because they are lighter, requiring simpler supports and taking up less space than other valves. They can be used to isolate or regulate the flow of a network. The sealing element is in the form of a disk, and can be activated manually or by hydraulic or pneumatic mechanisms.

LINE BLIND VALVE

The Blind Valve allows the total blocking of the most varied types of piping, providing absolute tightness (class VI) in any type of fluid. It has an easy and fast operation, and can be operated by just one person without the need for any type of tool.

Provides safety in operation and maintenance, can be used in confined spaces to seal toxic gases, allows preventive maintenance with the main plant in operation, reduces operating and maintenance costs.
